coupon add-on - generate page with iframe

Hello Folks,

I need a wordpress plugin for a coupon site which has

a backend part for the coupon codes,

a content section for displaying the voucher (as shortcode, maybe with parameters)

and it has to create an iframe page on the fly.

* on the front end, the user should see something like "display coupon code" (see attached file) - where he could see parts of the coupon code.

* a star rating must be included - users should be able to rate the code. I would prefer if you provide an plugin which exists already out there ([url removed, login to view], mojo or codecanyon for example) - rich snippets should work too.

when the user clicks on the coupon section, he should get redirected to a new iframe page which includes some information about the coupon (voucher code, some text, valid trough) on the left page section, the other part should load the affiliates page.

* fallback option, if the affiliate partner does not allow iframes (please provide a solution: something like display the coupon as a layer and open the affiliate url as a new windows - not full screen) - example may be provided on request. this should be an option within the back-end on case by case base.

since this all has to work also on non desktop devices (like an ipad) - a flash based solution alone is not sufficient (drp coupon for example) I would prefer something more stable.
