ads manager wordpress

Hi I need to have an advertisment manager for my wordpress site who can be able to display ads related to my entry content (custom post type and custom fields) . the site example is here : [login to view URL] the ads should be displayed in an unique zone for the whole site (yellow rectangle) and changed per page entry specific. on top of my example, you will find the following title "Salle Polyvalente, 1123 Aclens" which is the title of the entry and also contains custom fields "1123" and "Aclens". 1123 is the zip and Aclens is the city. So for example if i'm on this page, I need only ads related to theses custom fields. The idea is to create ads groups and display them in only one area per result specific. I came across multiple ads plugin for wordpress but none of them have this functionnality. In most of them you can assign ads to custom sidebars, but as I have more than 1800 entries is fairly impossible. SO.... I need someone who can adapt any existing plugin to my needs or create a new (but i think it require lots of works and budget)... Of course I will pay the fees and the plugin if required. 1) propose an existing plugin to adapt 2) make the work. Sorry for my english, i'm available to answer any questions. For the price... I really don't know, make an offer :-)
