Database for Company Profiles

We need a simple bilingual webform for companies to post and edit their business profiles with basic geographical information (city, street, AlT, LONG) - based on php or ideally on a wordpress plugin like gravity forms or similar We have to embed this form on many websites via iframe, we want to correlate this form with payment (paypal, stripe) plugins All data should be stored in a mysql database to be dsiplayed on the website as lists and record view. The profiles should be searchable online. They should be presented selected, sorted, grouped records in the mysql also in lists and details We have to export the data in csv form for publishing it in printed magazines to export the geodata to an online map, the map should be embeddable to export the map as data to be printed editions You should consult us in which tools we need - for data storage since we decided for MYSQL - for the forms we would prefer easy to edit via gravity forms - for the output to websites we think about a flexible scipt which combines search terms and categories - for the output of the map to print we need your advice and maybe we can agree on continuous service/outsourcing of map-making for print Please show us in detail how you would solve the problem, which similar projects in the past.
