Customize where the Call Now Button plugin appears

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. I am using the Call Now Button plugin [login to view URL] This plugin places a Call Now button to the bottom right corner of the screen which is only visible for mobile visitors. The text and display of the plugin was customized by a programmer in the past to my request. In the past a freelancer customized the button to appear only on the homepage. I want this changed. The phone should appear on home page and numbered pages Page 2, 3 etc. For example [login to view URL] Regarding category pages - here by default the phone should appear. However, I want a custom dashboard created where I can choose certain category pages where the phone should not appear The phone will not appear on pages and posts. Attached is the current version of the plugin. Freelancer shall send an amended version of the file for me to install. Plugin will be installed on a test site, and when successful on a live site. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
