Custom Magazine Template for Wordpress

Atached you can find a layout example of what i would like (is just an example, forgot about the colors you will need to find something) So, We need a custom template for our website [login to view URL], wich will have 3 layouts. HEADER Header is the same for all 3 layouts, will be a bar in top where i can add custom code. Then will be a logo and in right a 728x90 banner. Then will be a navbar that i can set up from menu in wordpress options. Then will be a search bar. You can present me a new header layout if you have better iddeas. FOOTER footer will have some copyright text and you need to came up with a nice design and iddeas what to put there to look good. [login to view URL] PAGE LAYOUT a) Will have 3 columns left 170px, center 490px, right 310px, with space will have somewhere 985px; b) In left will be listed all categories of wordpress, under that will be the widgets positions(i can set widgets form admin). c) In center we will have in top Las 5-6 articles like you can see in attachments, wny new design is welcome. Under that will be a 468x60 banner position that can be set from admin. d) Under teh abnner will be listed in 2 columns the posts and at the bottom will be the paginations. e) In right will be a banner position, then Top articles on website based on views, so we will need a view counte ron each post Then another banner position, then lates posts from our Vbulletin forum, there is already a widget will end to redesign to fit opur template. 2. CATEGORY LAYOUT (see whatafy category atached as an ideea, read the guideline do not think that i wnat 100% like in the picture) a) Will have only 2 columns b) On top will be las 5 position like some slideshow and under will be 2 banner position and under on 22 collumns will be listed the articles. c) In righ column will be categories as dropdown menu, under will be a banner position, under that will be Top 5 post from that category with thumbnail, then another banner position them recent post from our forum, then another banner position then Latest articles on [login to view URL] website 3. SINGLE PAGE LAYOUT a) as you can see in the attached file there are 3 columns b) in left is a banner position, under is latest articles from the category where is listed, then latest articles on [login to view URL] c) then will be the conten, under will be a banner of 468x60 d) in right will be a banner position, under will be top 5 posts from that category, then another banner position, then latest post on forum Also i need someone who knows how to add an extra option when we add a article to have the option to slect a forum or subforum from our main forum, where will be published a short message to announce the article, then people can discuss there about the article.
