Custom HTML 5 Wordpress Theme

Hi I have posted my requirements for custom wordpress theme in word document. I am looking for freelancer who can get theme completed for me . The theme should be fully tested before work is submitted. The theme should be hosted on your server for testing and send me the website link with admin access. The requirements are listed in word document and are almost whats required. IMP : This is my only only terms to confirm if you have understood my requirement COMPLETELY. Before I could award you the project could you show me at least 15 % of the theme (3 items) which are 1. infinite scrolling of the posts 2. fixed scrolling sidebars and 3. Scrolling Header. This I am requesting because the previous coder did not understood what I am expecting out of the theme and he gave me just a simple wordpress theme with incomplete functionality. IMP : I will not transfer any initial milestone on 3 items requested and have been submitted by you , show me the 3 items I have requested for and I will award you the project and transfer you the milestone you requested initially and you can complete the remaining work.
