We need to create a "page" template within an existing Wordpress theme.

Start with a "blank" page template. It only needs the following features:

1. Use the "featured image" of the page as a full screen background image

2. Allow the user to use the page content area to add content to the page

Doesn't need menu / header / footer etc.

Very quick and simple project for someone who understands Wordpress.
