Connections wordpress plugin customization

Thanks I would like to customize [login to view URL] something similar as this guys did [login to view URL] I bought this theme and all other extensions (forms , csv ) If you look at their website you will see that they list countries and categories in check boxes. I will need the same + of course search box as it is for keyword Instead of list countries , I have to list number of suburb (not big difference) Also need to cut some field in form that i do not need (when user submit listening) I have csv and have , i will also need to be able via their additional csv importer. Order is a bit different and some field, you have to do simple customization in importer as well.
