Complex Big Wordpress Plugin

I have a custom wordpress plugin developed in 80% by my previous coder. Because of the communication problems I'm looking for a new coder that has experience in php, mysql and wordpress plugin development. It's quite a complex plugin with a separate database to hold all the data.

This is a marketing plugin that helps internet marketers in some tasks to save time. It involves changing tinymce buttons, creating pages with 1 click and using different templates.

Module 1 of the plugin is almost done, module 2 not yet. It shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks to finish module 1 and module 2.

Please send me back some examples of wordpress plugins you did and your experience in this field. Also what's your average per hour rate and if you are free for the new work.

If you are interested I will send all the info about the plugin and description of each functionality with image screens.
