Build HTML and WordPress theme from PSDs

This project comprises 3 pages and has 2 staged deliverables, due within one week of awarding of the job: 1) Clean XHTML 1.0 transition compliant web coding from source PSDs (to be supplied later to successful bidder, together with fonts) 2) Conversion of web design to a WordPress theme The XHTML has to be produced first and validated with the W3C validator and approved prior to producing the WordPress theme. The pages will need to be produced to be exactly like the attached images (pixel perfect). You will need to validate and develop your code on your own server. The shopping cart functionality is not in scope of this work. This job would suit someone with very high standards and excellent XHTML / CSS and WordPress theme skills. Please include a list of a few sites that you have developed yourself. Please include the word "Cirrus" at the top of your bid. We use this to make sure that bidders have read the specification, and we must decline bids without this word.
