There is a requirement to have ONE developer to _design AND develop_ TWO very different wordpress themes. No PSD's exist. Only my hand drawn sketches which you will receive PDF's of.
_WP site one_
a schools website which is going to have a paid forum for members within it and general news and highlights on the non-private side.
_WP site two_
A very simple creative-looking website with a heavy brand presence.
_Both_
will have social tools built in, and need to be designed from scratch - no paid for or free themes to be used.
_What you need to demonstrate in your application_
- What is the capital of Sweden (to weed out spam applications)
- Your portfolio of Wordpress themes (so I can check your design style)
- Rating of at least "Superb"
- Why your themes will work with most plugins
- Why your themes will not break when WP updates its code
