I am looking for some one to create a desktop application The application will function almost exactly like what you see at [login to view URL] it will scrape the data from yellow page sites Then export the data in csv form the use will also be able to select some of the records and send emails to them. Limit 20-30emails We will need the ability to add proxies we need a security feature. If somone quits our program we should be able to disable their license there should be an auto updater Please respond and let me know how soon you can get this done I am also looking for you to design the gui interface
