need a coder who knew visual studio c++. I expected the work to be 12hrs if you know the language. I have the sample codes in VC and VB has been developed and worked, if you are experience, you can work this out in 12 shorter period. The work will include reading a sample visual c++, created a dll file so that the data from the captured video (1 frame) can be used in the windows enviroment. At the end you will be asked for particular document in English. The program is written in English, so you will need to know some English. it is a report that tell me the procedure to call the existing dll from a commercial v c++ program, , then return the data. the finished product is a dll with source file and documentation, with the commercial dll is written without the code been told. the dll is [login to view URL] I have attached the source code for your, THe source code is in English.
