Custom RSS reader / Login automator

I need a custom Windows RSS reader application built. For each feed, the reader must attach an id/pw combo that the user will type in one time (and may edit). The user will select the update frequency of the reader. The reader will appear in the windows tray bar when minimized with a custom icon. When a new RSS item is loaded, a balloon will pop up from the icon notifying the user the new item is ready. The user may click on the balloon or the icon to open the reader. Each RSS news item will be terse summary of the newsletter content. When the user clicks on the title of the news item, the reader will redirect to the URL of the news item (defined via the RSS feed). This web page will be displayed WITHIN the RSS reader (it will NOT open an external web browser). The specific web page will be username/password protected. The RSS reader will need to know which RSS feed was clicked on, then look up the uname/pword pair for that feed, then auto-fill and submit the login form (if presented - the user may already be logged in from having clicked a prior link). This is like Roboform. Example: Newsletter Feed 1 displays these entries: * Newsletter 01/01/2007 - Click here Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing User clicks on Newsletter 01/02/2007 This takes them to: [login to view URL] Which is password-protected with mod_rewrite. The RSS reader will log the user in and display the page within the reader. User should be able to edit/add RSS feeds. If they add one of our custom RSS feeds, the reader should also prompt for a uname/pword pair. So this is like a regular RSS reader, too, in case they want to load in other feeds. I'm open to design options. I have professional branding graphics I will supply, but I'm looking for a very professional job. This should be very easy for you if you know what you're doing. Please send samples of your work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Mac/linux is a plus.
