Database built with Coders Recommendations for program Access/VB/C+/Java/Etc. Doesn't matter. I service Ultrasound Machine, Processors, C-ARM's, and X-rays. Everything is suppost to be on scheduling ex. Ultrasound cleaned 1 a year. So I need a program that I can log in customers to track what they have some customers might just have 1 ultrasound, another customer could have 5 U.S.'s and 2 processors so program needs to be expandable. and also needs to track individual machine history so a report can be pulled by customer or all customers to see what machines have been done, or need to be done in the next month/time frame. auto reports would be nice to have a button that list all machine's due for PM'S to be listed for the next 30days. all those details we will work out later but that is the bulk of what the program needs to do. just needs a very nice looking/easy to use GUI
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
