Convert Library to C++

Convert 40 lines of code from Delphi into C++, Visual Basic or Other (eg C#, Java etc - just explain if possible). The code is an add-on tool for a hex-editor. The code compiles into a .KDL file which is just a .dll renamed. We can test over here if you don't have the particular hex-editor or are unable to run it. Comment code heavily - source will be delivered along with product so users can base off it to create their own tools. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
