**Comprehensive Business Software package. ** As Australian Business Consultants we are looking to provide to our clients a fully intergerated Business software package. We acknowlege the strenghts of the existing packages below and seek to provide a package that provides the strenghts of the following packages which can all be found with Australian google searches. **MYOB including payroll and retail manager. ACT Transform my business. **In addition to the modules provided by the above packages a comphrehensive use of calendars for various tasks and departments, e.g. annual leave, marketing calendar, rosters (which will be a basis for payroll if applicable) all available to be displayed individually or overlayed. The package will be heavily task driven utisiling the calender for overdue tasks and responsibilites, task snoozed more than a set period will report to superior. A business report will be generated at predetermined intervals (normally monthly) with a reduced weekly snaphot report that will include nominated fields, with various reports being available to various hierachy based on password levels. This will include apart from the obvious financials predetermined KPI's against actuals for both staff and key business areas The critical componet for our clients is the integration and single data entry point, as there is already very many very good stand alone pakages The finished product must be multi user, multi location, web accessable. **Continued** in platforms section ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. The finished product will need to be very user friendly to a client with low computer litercy and have a very "soft and easy feel" Platform as specifed by designer remembering that the software will be used in a small to medium business environment.
