CaptureQuery Parameters

The company i work sells some electronic produts and we have a web portal that keep tracks of all the orders via an OrderNO and other details. A user LOGS IN and his USERID is captured and other details are retrieved. I need to write a Stored Procedure(SP) in SQL SERVER which captures all the PARAMETERS the USER first selected and shall be saved in a table at the backend. SEcond time the USER comes and he pick the saved query he saved form a drop down then all the params are popped-up in the respective fields and say if he selected 5 params last time and this time he selects another 4 then all 9(5+4) params should be saved next time and if he selects to just SEARCH on the fly then all the data shall be retrieved. This might be easy/hard, since iam not good at coding hence I need help. If i get any bids then I shall xplain further.
