My customers send me an excel sheet - similar to the one attached.
I use this sheet to complete some forms on my pc but then need to complete the attached UMRAH form by hand.
This is a very time consuming task. I want to be able to upload this sheet to a program or site or database. and the PDFs to be autogenerated with the details on the excel sheet.
Please feel free to ask questions.
I would prefer some type of database as we get repeat customers so a search facility would be useful.
## Deliverables
Basically customers will email me an excel sheet with customer details - i currently manually complete the forms by hand.
I want a way to use the spreadsheet to complete the Umrah form. I will also upload a photo so that the form prints with a photo. A photo field should be provided with the application with browse facility or drag and drop. If this is difficult then we can discuss altenative.
The main aspect here is - someone send me sheet with names and details - i use your program and it give me completed application forms.

Lots of bids on this so seems to be a doable task. 2 Questions and then we will decide who we use. 1) Will we be able to create multiple PDFs in one go - or the most likely scenario will be - upload a list if lets say 100 records and create 1 pdf with 100 pages of umrah forms. 2) I want completion on this as soon as possible. Please state how many days you can do this in.
