CD - Auto Launch URL - PC/Mac Compatible

I need to create a CD that when I put it into a computer it will auto launch to a URL. I need the single CD to work on both? a PC or a Mac. Nothing tricky here,? assume auto-run is turned ON.? I know this can be done for the PC, but I am unsure of whats required for the MAC, so please just understand what I am looking for with this project, and do whatever is possible to get the MAC version as similar at the PC. If something has to be "clicked".. fine. I need to be able to easily modify what URL is launched, probably stored in a "[login to view URL]" or whatever, on the CD itself. For testing purposes, I need you to create an .ISO created so that I can burn the CD, and test it on both a PC and a MAC.? In the future, I need to be able to re-build the same .ISO, but with modified what URL is launched. I have .ISO creation software already, so please just provide "instructions". For now, please auto launch "<[login to view URL]>" Please comment on what is possible or ask if you have questions.
