Adobe Form Designer Project!!!

I have a "sample / quote" form done in Adobe LiveCycle 7.0. The form is designed, I just need the functionality put into it. Part 1: Within the form, I have 3 check boxes: 1). For a sample, 2). a quote and 3). for a sample / quote. I need it so only certain fields are required after choosing one of the options above. So for a "sample", they may need to fill out fields 1, 2 and 3, but if they choose the "quote", they need to fill out 3, 8 and 9, and so on. Part 2: There is a drop down field for "package size/type". The user picks the item (type) and the corresponding package size autopopulates in the next field. (I have another form that has this code if you'd like to see it). Part 3: The customer service rep initially fills out the form. She minimizes the form screen and inputs the data into our business system (called P21). Once the sample or quote is entered into P21, an order number is generated. She will copy that order number into a field in the form. I need a "save as" button on the form that will save the file as "Sample XXXXX" with XXXXXX being the order number. If the user picks a quote from part 1 instead, then it would save as "Quote XXXXX" or "Sample_Quote XXXXX". I have several other forms I will need help with. The winning coder will get first choice of these projects. Because the form is already designed, I am offering $25 on this one. Larger and/or new forms/projects will be worth more dependent on what needs to be accomplished. Once I choose a coder, I will then send the form and the excel file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Adobe LiveCyle 7.0.
