I'm looking for a PHP-based AVI to FLV (Flash Video) converter. Please see attached document for more details. The .AVI and .FLV file formats are open formats. I've attached the AVI file format specification, as provided by Microsoft, however you may need to do additional web research on these file formats to do this project. If you believe that AVI files will be too difficult to convert, you may instead convert MPEG files to FLV, or WMV to FLV, or QuickTime video to FLV. In other words, I'd prefer an AVI to FLV converter, but you may provide some other suitable converter if it's easier to implement. The important thing is that ONLY pure PHP is used, with no special extensions. Please note in your comment which converter you will provide for your bid amount.
