I'm looking for a long term partner who can help me in setting up bank payment gateway on my websites.

The bank and website is in a non english speaking country. The bank has provided to me english documents 100 pages...it has everything in detailed description what is needed to be done and how...

Then, I want to offer digital downloadable goods, so that after the bank payment is done, then the script would check if the transaction was ok(payment arrived) and then send out the link to the customer in email where he can download his product from...i have the script for this also...

All of these should be nicely and smoothly working...

I need someone who can set it up on my website and complete it for me. I have more projects coming up in the future.
