Site targeting the Construction Industry. see [login to view URL] My project has hit a stall. Primary users are General Public, (there use is free) Contractors, Building Material Suppliers, Insurance Brokers and Government Agencies. Each user can post projects. Projects are of some construction related service need. The users must all have a mail address and a physical address. If the mail address is a po box then they must also be required to have a physical address. Each user will have a profile except for the General public. But,, the General Public must have a mail and physical address and must register to be able to search the site and post projects. The current site is built using php code. This site must fully integrate with Flasmaps. Samples of a similarity can be seen at www.habitat360.net. However this example is tiny compared to the level of detail that our maps will provide at American Contractor Exchange.com. The sites will be constructed on our servers with www.SValenciaInternational.com. Full server functionality that you will need will be available with permissions. Each profile needs to have at least 20 keywords per profile, except the General public. Keyword categories are for Contractors of various sorts, Building Material Suppliers of various sorts, Insurance Agents of various sorts and Governmental Agencies of various sorts. (The site must be build in Dreamweaver 8 or higher. Other keywords are for the project posted type categories which can be in the hundreds and must have flexibility to grow and have database updated. Each search will produce an icon and new results page based upon keyword, Country, State, County, City and zip code. Each search results page will have two ads as is depicted in the site. Users, other than the General Public, will be able to purchase ads according the keywords and location of desired ad. Flasmaps at [login to view URL] will provide the maps but the database must be able to synchronize with theirs. Also there needs to be an equipment exhcange module and admin module.
