We wish to create a 'Groupon-like' website. It would have the basic features of signup, signin, email notification, payment gateway, facebook and twitter integration and a database of currently offered deal(s) and registered users. We have the requirements document in place and shall be expecting to build the project in a phased approach. There is a long term plan associated and we would require you to be able to maintain and keep adding the feature sets requested. We would even be open for equity share based model of working.
