I need a simular site as videobash..com. Just like this site. When the vidoes uploads it wil automatically be converted to flash or swf. The colors and the logo needs to be changed and designet. It needs to have an admin area as well. The users that are not active for a half a year will automatically be deleted, but the videoes will still be in place and not deleted. Must have an area and an advertising management part as well. It must be buildt so that it can easily be added modules to the software without have to recode the entire site. It must also be in php.
