Design website

We are looking for a talented web developer to design our existing website in bootstrap. Our existing website is built on PHP. This developer needs to have extensive experience on designing websites with bootstrap and PHP. Current site have around 35 web pages 1) Design the layout of the website homepage and internal pages. 2) Create an employee enrollment form, with all their details and their work locations. 3) Create a client enrollment form, with all their details to let us know what they are looking for. 4) Create a vendor enrollment form, with all their details to let us know what type of technology consultants they want to supply to us. 5) All forms needs to have a dynamically generated image that users need to enter during enrollment. 6) The above forms needs to be stored in our database and also sent to us through email. 7) Create client, vendor and employee secured login pages. 8) Once an employee login to our site, he/she needs to complete their timesheets and upload an image along with this timesheet. 9) Once a client login to our site, he/she needs to: a) See the services they are enrolled with us. b) Create, update and manage tickets. Consider this to be complete tickets management system. 10) Once a vendor login to our site, he/she needs to: a) See open requirements that are available on Corp-to-Corp basis b) They should be able to upload resumes to these requirements that are sent to us through email. 11) Create RSS feeds page from our direct client sites. 12) Create a careers webpage, that list all our open requirement. Users should be able to search open requirements. 13) Create pages that can play videos. 14) Last, but not least create an admin login page, that we can login to update web content on all dynamic webpages. Create an employee, client and vendor records. 14) Rest of the pages are static pages. 15) Host the pages on goDaddy hosting domain.
