Design some HTML/CSS pages with and a slideshow

We are looking for a webdesigner which can build some HTML pages. We will provide you with a technical report which tells you the exact function of all the buttons. This repport is attached. the report of the current designer will come after we award the project. The goal is to get a feeling of how our design would work on the web. We prefer it if you could host the website during the project. So we can see it online and don't have to do that ourself. Also we prefer communication through msn. This project needs to be done cheap. it's the first feeling we want to get. After this project there will be projects like: - Some more pages with different menu's - A lager page which will contain a lot of data in the futher These projects are part of our version 2.0 of the website [login to view URL] This website needs to be simple and easy to use for the visitor.
