Design a single webpage for displaying user ratings

I want someone to design a single webpage which is part of a bigger website. The page that you need to design is the user profile page and it consists of the following items: a) User Info: This consists of two progress bars which tells the user their current status (The progress bars should have different colors depending on their value). The progress bars get their value from a MySQL database table b) User Ratings: The website is part of a ratings website and it needs to display ratings for restaurants. The ratings are stored in another database table and should display the following info: - The name of the restaurant, two ratings for that restaurant (price rating and general rating) and the user who rated it and their status The user profile should show some of the ratings from the database on the user profile page (random ratings it doesnt matter) and should also show if this particular user has also rated that same restaurant - if they have then it should show their ratings at the side and if they havent then it should show a section for them to rate it using slider bars or some other visual mechanism Notes: 1. Its only 1 webpage and I am not asking you to do any kind of User Authentication/Login - you should assume that the user has already logged in 2. You are provided MySQL tables with all the required info you do not need to design the database part 3. The webpage already has a basic design with all the information so it should give you an idea of what I have described above and you simply need to redesign it to make it visually better 4. On a successful implementation of this 1 webpage, this could lead to a bigger project involving other pages if you do a good job 5. The current webpage design is using jQuery plugin for displaying ratings but I am happy for you to use other plugins as long as they are visually pleasing 6. Progress Bars and Rating bars are the most important part on this webpage Skills Required: 1. Web/Graphics Design 2. CSS/PHP 3. JQUERY or other visual plugins that can be used to display ratings and progress bars
