Demonstration Website Build

I am looking for a freelancer to work with me to create a demonstration website. This demo website needs to showcase a process for two different stakeholders; students and employers. I have the process mapped out and will communicate this to the selected freelancer. The demo site will need to incorporate: - Home / landing page - Blog (have some demo articles and images) - Forum - Downloads section for students - Student login - Student application process (to be advised) - Employer login - Employer review and selection process (to be advised) I do not require the site to be beautifully branded, but I need it to look clean and professional as a minimum. My primary concern is showcasing the desired functionality for students and employers. I need to be able to type some test data for a student and a employer into the site and see it flow through. Exactly what program or software is best for this I am not sure. Afraid tech is not my background. In any PMs to me, if you could please include what communication medium you believe would be best to achieve this it would be greatly appreciated.
