Customize Joomla (3.1) template and implement on website - repost

Customizing a YouJoomla template for our website in Joomla 3.1 Corrections in YouJoomla template: - Prevent scroll bars to appear in Firefox and IE. Size of website is already ok, I do not know why scroller bars appear. Right side empty space should not appear when scrolling. - Front page slider, restore of slider bars (These are now only visibile on my Ipad). Pictures have to slide even if you hover over them or if no activity is carried out. Website implementation: - Application of 3 extra languages (Dutch, English, German) and (when Joomla language version is availsble for 3.1) preparation for one more (Norwegian). A langugage selector with flags should be visible in header. (right side top). I want to be able to make the different language content within the administatror site. (like Joomfish for earlier Joomla versions) Template customization: - Latest news on front page. - Contact details in footer - Contact and registration forms with captcha - Clickable Twitter, Youtube and icons in header (right side). - Clickable business partners logo on front page. Prepare for 4-5 pieces (like quick links, but than with images) - Top menu some lay-out changes (bigger leeters). This is probably reasdy from template. I will probably use 5 drop downs. - Installation of a mailing component like Ajacoom. This work has to be done on your server. Any changed files will be transfered by me through FTP. When finished, replacement of old website with new one to www.doecision.com. Before transfer I will make content. This will take me some time. Before transfer I will make content.
