I recently purchased a software called Ultimate Client Manager [login to view URL]
I would like to use this software as my main Client managing software , invoicing and ticketing systems. However, i would need alot of customisation works done on this software.
I would need
(1) Custom Fields ( Already implemented in the script , just need to add more at the right places )
(2) PDF Template ( Theres a field where you can place the custom codes for the PDF ) ( Other Templates customisation required too )
(3) Under each customer, there should be a new page called reports and all updates should be updated in the reports page. For example, new invoice, new job, new ticket, replied ticket, customer updated information etc
(4) PDF INVOICING should have a SIGNATURE FIELD where users can sign, and the PDF should update immediately with the signature. ( i will upload a temporary invoice which im currently using )
(5) Each user should have a field called points, admin can add or delete points per customer and customers should be able to click withdraw points if they reach a certain number of points.
(6) A field called Letters ( i should be able to type a brief letter with the template and choose from existing customers )
(7) I do have a invoicing module with this system , i need another module which is a quotation module. I should be able to create quotations and then either void it or convert to invoice.
(8) Issue Cheque Button, just a simple form with the ability to choose from existing customers or new, amount , date. and print. Ill give you the format for the cheque printing and it should be implemented as a template so all i need to do is type the details and print, and it should print the details on my cheque.
(10) When creating new customer, there should be a generate button which would generate a 10 digit number which will be meant as account number
Ultimate client manager is a sophisticated system , If you're really interested in the project then bid for it. Check the demo of the system.
(11) IMPORTANT - The PDF Invoice printing , there should be 2 types.
a) Type 1 is to print the invoice , with the template and data , logo and all tables and fields which looks like an exact invoice.
b) Type 2 is where i should only be able to print THE DATA without any LOGO/TABLES/TEMPLATE. This is because we have pre-printed invoice papers which we would insert in our dot-matrix printer.
(12) Registration of Invoice. Customers who have been issued with an invoice should have a register invoice button for each invoice. Upon clicking on the register, the system should give them 30 days warranty. It should show the date of registration and date of expiry. The date of register should match the date of invoice, if the invoice is registered days after the invoice is issued, it should calculate the remaining days and state the date of expiry.
Requirements -
Should be able to communicate in fluent English.
Must be a very reliable programmer
Must have SKYPE
Previous experience with Ultimate Client Manager Customization would be given first priority.
I believe in such programs, small details or adjustments will be requested as and when and the freelancer should not hold grudges saying that it was not mentioned earlier. We would like to work on a long term basis for this project.
Since this is a big project, im willing to be flexible with the payment. We will create 4 milestone in total upon every 25% of work completed.
We will release 25% and create the other milestones upon release. Please do not ask me to release any amount without any work being done as there are alot of users asking me to release before even they start the project.
