Custom Stocket mail skin

Hi i have stockmail lite from [login to view URL] and i would like a custom made skin made up for it so it looks unique and great looking. i'm only looking for someone that has done this before or if you haven't please provide me with demos of your work, you must be able to stay in contact with me incase stocketmail do upgrades so we can upgrade the skin when upgrades come up. You must have MSN messenger when i pick the programmer. i'm only looking for the BEST custom work NO TEMPLATES AT ALL!!!! I will send the winner of my project the whole skin files in a zip that i would like changed to a custom look and feel. Please PM me Free email sites that you think you can design better then e.g hotmail etc and i'll will choose the designer Please don't BID just for the hell of it and post a comment that has nothing to do with my project as you will be wasting your time and mine and i wont pick up if you if you do that.
