Custom Magento Website We are an e-commerce site with roughly 3,500 products and 4 primary suppliers who drop ship for us. We switched from an ASP.net platform to Magento, installed a drop ship module that has caused nothing but problems. After too many months, 5 developers and a lot of custom coding, we have a mess and basically need to start over. We want to re-build our site in Magento without the drop ship module. Same basic look and feel with a few changes to the layout/design. We use the Grouped and Simple products within Magento. The Grouped products hold the majority of the item information and serves as the landing page for the item to the customers. The Simple products are the actual individual items for sale. They hold the item sku and vendor catalog number, price, handling fee, quantity, etc. Known Extensions we will need installed: A. RocketWeb (for Google Store) B. Prolutions Custom Modules C. Webforms D. Handling Product - Webvshop apps E. AW product Updates We will also need some custom reports built and custom customer/order/inventory sync with a third party order & inventory management system. Other third party support that will need to be installed/integrated into our site (this might not be a complete list) A. Search Spring – Third Party Search B. Strands Reccomender – Dynamic product recommendations C. Google Analytics D. Google AdWords E. EmailDirect – email marketing F. Google Retargeting G. Google Products – Merchant Center H. Share-a-sale (affiliate program) I. Granify – Customer tracking – dynamic CTA’s Please send at least 2 links of complex e-commerce sites with many grouped & simple products you have built. Experience with multiple drop ship order management processes is a huge plus. You must be available to communicate during standard US business hours. This website must be completed in 3-4 weeks with all testing completed.
