I need to build website like Oranum or Liveperson. Two payment gateways. [login to view URL] and PayPal. Chat windows has to show price, timer and Start Chat/end click. When chat stops abruptly the client's credit card has to be charged according to price per minute. Experts have to have desktop app where the clients will ring them so they can accept or not accept chat. I need somebody extremely skilled and reliable. No hopefuls please, I have no time for this, if you do not even understand the concept of chat website do not apply, thank you O accept workers from US only, I'm prepared to pay Max 6K, please don't apply if your estimate is more then this, Thank you.
