Convert 2 iWeb sites into Wordpress - amended

I have 2, 6-page websites created in iWeb that I would like converted to Wordpress, primarily for functionality and SEO. The final Wordpress sites do not have to look exactly the same as the current iWeb sites. I do however require additional functionality and the ability to make minor revisions on my own. Site #1. Opt-in form (name and email address) on the home page for visitors who want to download a static PDF consumer report. The site is [login to view URL] Site #2. The site provides addresses of properties that were used for illegal drug production (marijuana grow ops and meth labs). This site also requires an opt-in form (name and email address) on the home page for visitors who want to download a static PDF consumer report. I also want to convert it to an e-commerce site in which clients pay a nominal fee to search databases I have access to, in order to determine if a property was ever used for illegal drug production. The search result will be a simple "yes" or "no" result for the address with a visible Google map locator will be produced. If the result is a "yes" then I want to also include any additional information that I have on the property such as when it was last used as a drug house. I want to also offer a second type of search which will search an address plus all addresses within a 250 meter radius of the subject. This search result will also be a simple "yes" or "no" result for the address (and all properties within 250 meters) with a visible Google map locator. The backend searches must be automatic and potentially cover both online databases and excel formatted lists (depending on location). I therefore require an easy to use credit card / pay pay portal for a low cost transactions ($5-$10). I am also considering offering a bulk search package for realtors who buy 10, 20 or 50 searches for a discounted rate, which would require a log-in page and tracking of their searches.
