Convert current site to a wordpress site and remove malware causing google warning

I would like my current site [login to view URL] converted to a wordpress site. I would like to keep the color scheme and layout pretty much the same but I do have a text file attached with some changes that need to be made. Also my current site is being blocked by google reporting that it has malware and I need that to be taken care of so I can be reindexed. Would like this done as fast as possible. I can provide pictures for the site as requested in the text doc and I can add the content once the page is done. I don't need the coupon or review pages
