Convert Site from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 with module modification

I need to have my site converted to Drupal 7 in addition on the site there is a bracket (tournament) module with the ability to add images into the brackets and is feed via a voting system. This is in D6 and it needs to work in D7. If you can not modify the module to work in D7 - don't both to respond. Your bid needs to be accurate the first time.
