Calendar with user interaction

I would like a calendar similar to google calendar which will have the following features: *Easy and simple user interface *User should be able to comment on the event *User will be able to post events (Events that others can participate too or events that only the user that posted it will participate or another person that the user will indicate) *User will be able to register for the events and see who is going to attend the events at any time. *Daily,Monthly view So here how it should look Simple interface with a calendar in the middle, and when an event is marked on the calendar , users will be able to see how many users will attend, how many comments have been made and a short description among with the exact date and location. When you click on that event another page will be shown where the user will be able to comment and see the description of the event among with the location if possible on google maps. Please post only serious offers among with your skills and a small portofolio if possible and yet the language you'll use to create the website. The project could be on java, flash, ajax+php,smarty and whatever you think is more easily for you to create it.
