Dear Freelancer Members,
First of all, thank you very much for taking the time to read this job posting. I am looking for someone to completely redesign my current website, that means that you need to know CSS and PHP to implement your design. I'm NOT looking for a piece of drawing on a paper, I'm looking for someone to draw, show me, implement it from start to finish. I need someone with knowledge of CSS, graphics design ,web development, I need someone who knows how to make this website into a top notch, first class movie website.
Further information from my colleague: we need it in HTML5, without validation errors and mobile-friendly. I need seriously thorough design throughout all the pages of my website to make sure that they are compatible with one another and well designed throughout! This includes the user page.
Our budget is currently $250, do not go beyond $250. When you bid, you better have a portfolio. I WILL ALSO REQUIRE A MOCKUP WHEN YOU BID!
