CMS website - online restaurant catalogue

I need someone to make a Joomla website. We can use a commercial template for this website as long as we are able to change it as necessary to reflect the company's image. (I have the graphics in vector form, see attachment) some general info about what the website requires: It is going to be an online restaurant catalog dividing them in two main categories. The DINE IN restaurants, and the TAKE AWAY / DELIVERY restaurants (fast foods). A key description of each restaurant is also the type of Kouzine they belong to (i.e. Greek/Italian/Mexican/Mediteranean/Indian/Chinese etc.) I have already made a flash intro to show before entering the website. Menu: HOME DINE IN TAKE AWAY / DELIVERY RESTAURANT FINDER ADVERTISE HERE CONTACT US DINE IN and TAKE AWAY / DELIVERY will have rollover submenus to chose a town (there will only be 1 town available for now, should be easy to add more later) HOME Display a flash slideshow which should be provided by the template (I saw some nice templates on templatemonster that are suitable for this). I will do this by adding advertisements on this slideshow later on. this page will also include RESTAURANT FINDER (a search, you'll read about this later on) and some other content which will be decided upon final choice of the template. DINE IN should not be clickable, instead you have to choose a town from the submenu (the 1 available town) when clicked it will display a lit of Kouzines that are displayed by an image. I will provide those images and you should be able to turn them into attractive button images related to the theme. Once the user choses a kouzine he then views the list of DINE IN restaurants that belong in that category. Items in this list should contain the following: -image -name -address -special offers badge (if available) -book now button number 4 is basically a badge that says OFFERS on it, and it will either be desplayed if offers for that listing are available and not show if offers are not available. number 5 is a button that opens a new small window that basically contains a contact form. This is a tricky part though. In the contact for there should be a drop down menu displaying the available offers of that restaurant. So there should be a way to fetch the offers from the database. In other words in the "ADD RESTAURANT" section of the admin panel, the admin should be able to input up to 3 different offers for each restaurant". Once the user chooses a listing, there should be a bigger photo, and 2 or 3 thumbnail photos (mini gallery) it's up to you how you wanna do this. also display: -name -address -phone -the 3 available special offers -the kouzine this restaurant belongs to -a description -the same "book now" button as shown in the list before -a map (preferably add a little google-maps iframe in there, but if this is not possible because of Joomla limitations, then discuss other options) TAKE AWAY / DELIVERY will be exactly the same as DINE IN, with the exceptions that: -instead of a "book now" button, there will be a "menu" button. When clicked it should open a PDF file (preferably in grebox / shadowbox / lightbox / lightwindow.. anything that works with the CMS) -NO special offers -NO description RESTAURANT FINDER This should display a search with the following criteria: -town -area -name -kouzine ADVERTISE HERE not clickable, instead have two submenu items "ADD YOUR RESTAURANT" & "BANNER ADVERTISEMENT" These two pages will contain some info about the selected service and a contact form with specific information This will not be done by you if the information is not available by that time. As long as there is a contact form in there which I can edit later on either by the admin panel or by php editing. CONTACT US this will obviously be the usual contact info along with a contact form --- admin should be able to add/edit/delete restaurants with all above mentioned items. I prefer to talk in detail about this whole project on skype for clarification.
