Built Recruiting Website with Bullhorn API - Typo3 only

Our website needs the same functionality as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Ideally as carrot recruitment has it with a start page that then links to different webpages like their finance, oil and gas, etc pages. We need the following tabs: About us / Candidates / Employers / Jobs / News / Contact About us: has to include our services, our team, our specialties etc Candidates: Has to include a registration function for candidates - a CV upload function and fields where they can add their contact details and personal information and a note field (or cover letter field) -- See [login to view URL] (the CV upload function should be functional through the candidate tab, but also through the job tab, where you can apply after reading a specific job that is posted. So basically, we want a registration function as well as a CV submit function only. IMPORTANT: on the main page, there should be two functions: 1. Candidates under candidates again we need candidates to be able to submit their info and CV 2. Clients Under clients, they should be able to register their name and job they would like us to work on. Also very important, the site should be very easy to use and simple layout (i.e. [login to view URL]) No clutter, and easy to use so candidates and clients really submit their info with not much time needed to figure out our site. The first page should have the option where people can link to our social pages like facebook, linkedin, twitter, etc. We only need English for now. I can write more details if you need, but please refer to the mentioned sites and we pretty much need the same functionality.
