Build a website capable of populating PDF forms with customer provided data

I represent a team of designers and developers with expertise and experience in Web designing, HTML, CSS, PHP, AJAX, JQuery, Wordpress and MySql. I request for complete details - # How many pages will the website have and what will they be? Will they be static? # What inputs will you provide - logo, contents, graphics for static pages, fields for forms and PDF formats # I need to see all forms (along with validation requirements) and related PDF formats.
