Build a front page for my Thesis 2 multisite blog - repost 2

I have a a multisite blog built in Thesis 2 on Wordpress. I am seeking to build a front page for the site that will amalgamate content from the various subdirectories and update the front page with a specific Image/Text/Link Teaser when I create a new post in one of the blogs. I want to change the front page to a 3 column format with C1,C2 teaser content and C3 remaining as a sidebar widget. The rest of the site is fully functional and working, the project is just for adjusting the skin of the front page. I would like to see either an example of your prior implementation of this work, or your process for creating this in order to move forward with the allocating the project. The successful project will require it to function and appear like another website I have in mind, when you Bid I will release the details of this.
