Build a Website

I'm looking for someone that can do front-end and back-end. I have the graphic design and functionality ready and will send it through once the candidate has been hired. Here are the noteworthy competencies that I'm looking for when I hire: - 1st page length (page 1) = Landing page The background is to look similar to the top page of [login to view URL] with short video clips playing on rotation in the background. - 5th & 6th page = Questionnaire / test. The developer needs to make a questionnaire (page 5) and needs to be able to code an algorithm to display these results in a results page (page 6). The algorithm will be quite basic (simple sum of tally points) and all the data has already been compiled. An example of the "style" of questionnaire can be seen at [login to view URL] - 2nd page length (page 2) = Index / table. The developer must be able to code a table, the table is to be dynamic but it will not be complex it only needs basic functionality such as re-ranking a column on it's highest or lowest value... I have all the data for the table, however after the coding it completed I can input it myself on the host site to save the developer the time. There is to be one scrolling home page (of four page lengths) with four modal pop-up pages coming off the home page. I have the website graphic design completely finished and ready to go. Attached is the basic diagram of the website. Using "invision" ([login to view URL]) is preferred, but not essential.
