Basic Pligg website

We are looking for an experienced Pligg website designer. You should have some examples of developed Pligg sites. We are not looking for amateurs, please only submit a bid if you are a serious Pligg developer. We need a Pligg website with a simple and user friendly custom template, RSS import feature, twitter and facebook login/registration, ads, forum, and business directory. It’s a very basic site really. The ideal developer should be able to update this site in the near future. We will want to add a comprehensive user community, however this will be a separate project awarded to the developer of this project. We request unlimited edits to ensure the final product is to our satisfaction. Our milestone payments are as follows: 15% deposit up front 20% at proofing stage 65% upon completion and site delivery If you are the developer we are looking for then please submit a bid.
