Build a website for people and organization that find artists / creators. We are running a project to build a virtual portfolio of artists and creators in Japan. We need a web-based catalogue artists/artworks to show our customers. Here is a high-level requirements of the web site: <Functional requirement> For artist: Register (select categories such as format, location, service type, etc) Upload artworks (image, link to you tube, vimeo, myspace etc.) Upload text based resume/CV Receive request from customer Presentation (full-screen image display in sequence) Broadcast activities via Facebook/Twitter For customer: Search artists (by format, location, service type)- Send request "Like it" for Facebook, twitter For administrator: Use all functionality Report (simple db queries such as "most viewed artists / artworks", "most requested artist" etc) <Non-functional requirement> Multi-byte character (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc) "Simple, Easy to use, and clean" looks and feels Flexibility (we are planning phase 2 - more like matching platform with geographical information)
