Advertising Networking Site

Dear bidders, We want to develop a website like http://www.jobandtalent.com. Site will have similar looking and shall contain ALL its features and functionalities. Please before you bid check the site and verify you are able to develop it and bid only if you are able to reach same quality of works and functionalities as jobandtalent.com. Instead of job search site will be used for advertising networking, so site will be similar but its use will change, and will be explain after awarding. Bidders shall comply with following requirements: - Project plan. As soon as project starts awarded bidder shall provide a project plan indicating main milestones and deadlines for each one. Project will be finished not later than 30th June 2011 or penalties will be applied. - Payment terms. There will be no upfront payment. Payment terms will be as follows: o 15% After completion of first milestone. First milestone shall include ad draft design of at least main page of the site that will be showed by using external link provided by awarded bidder. o 20% After completion of half milestones of the project. Please note even if you organize milestones another way we will consider half milestones are reached when 50% website of the site has been developed. o 40% after completion of works and after sending complete files and folder of the site. o Remaining 25% after trial period (maximum 2 weeks). - Awarded bidder shall provide skype account and shall be permanently connected and available during working time. - Penalties. For each working day delay after completion of works will payment be reduced by 1%, so 1 week delay (considering working days Monday to Friday) will mean a 5% reduction on last payment. - Payments shall be done directly to paypal account provided by awarded bidder. - Web developer shall provide manual/instructions to deal with control panel of the site after completion of works. - Developer will provide references in similar projects.
