Admin panel Label printing (PHP/MySQL)

I have a admin panel for E-commerce website where client details are updated once they make payment. The details are displayed from database in the order page. However, I would like to print a label with clients address details to stick on the box sent out to client ( I believe this option is available via Zen cart etc.).
Although all other functions are working properly, I have never worked on printing labels as Word document (which I have seen working on some other site) and would like to achieve this with someone out there available at GAF.
If you have similar works using PHP/MySQL please send me pm with details.
