Commission Tracking Database

I am an insurance agent/financial advisor in need of a database to track my personal commissions. The database must meet the following criteria: **_General Provisions_** 1) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) The deliverables must: a) Provide full access to buyer for all user-roles, tables, queries, forms, reports, macros, modules and any other components not explicitley named. b) Ensure that no person(s) without expressed written consent from buyer have any access to the content of data entered into the finished product by buyer. c) Not require any additional financial consideration or upgrades after delivery, unless buyer creates a new project for which seller is hired. **_Project Scope_** 1) Track clients, vendors, agents/agencies, policies, commissions received, commission splits paid out. 2) Calculate estimated commissions, from any compensation schedule, including, but not limited to: a) Flat Percentage of Premium or Volume b) Graded Percentage of Premium or Volume c) Flat fee per unit (such as member or employee) per time (such as month or year) d) Flat fee for service 3) Report the following: a) Commissions received by criteria (such as client, policy type) b) Estimated commissions to be received by sold policy c) Commission splits paid out to other agents d) Missing commissions 4) Allow for multiple user groups and user security permissions 5) Diagram and documentation required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Operating System: Windows NT & Windows XP Database: Microsoft Access 2003 or Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 Reports: MS Access Report Viewer, Crystal Reports 8.0 (not a newer release), MS Excel, or ASP.Net (if seller provides complete ASP.net website)
